Charlie joined Farmmark in 2022 as Area Sales Manager for spare parts and equipment. Charlie brings several years of customer relationship management involving everything from property sales to international hospitality supplies. He most recently came from an operations and sales role involving quail and has experience in battling international supply chains and export requirements. Charlie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, of which he has enjoyed utilising in customer relationship management roles. Charlie also enjoys assisting his own family operated broiler farm.
In his spare time, Charlie enjoys playing golf and following several sporting codes.
Moreen Manjita
Bookeeper
Moreen joined the team in 2015 working for Riverlands Free Range Poultry Farm in Finance and Administration. In the last 7 years Moreen had worked within various entities owned by Santrev and is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and administration for Southern Riverlands Poultry, Allans Creek Poultry, FarmMark and Santrev. Moreen has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Management and Economics from the University of the South Pacific and has a background in the Human Resource and Training Sector.
In Moreens spare time she loves spending time with her family, watching her kids play rugby and cooking.
Malorie Ralph
Accountant
Malorie joined the Santrev/FarmMark team with a Bachelor of Commerce and over 15 years in company accounting. In Malorie’s role, she assists the Finance Manager and is responsible for contracts, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, project reporting, cashflow management, and software implementation.
In Malorie’s spare time she enjoys camping, watching movies and spending time with her husband, son and twin daughters.

Steffen Huitema
Technical Service Manager
Steffen joined FarmMark in 2021 as Technical Service Manager and bring a wealth of experience in SKOV Technology. Steffen has previously been in Thailand working for SKOV Asia where he travelled all around to install and commission SKOV equipment, and focused on training and after service support. Steffen is excited to share his knowledge of the equipment with our Australian customers.
In Steffen’s spare time, he enjoys watersports and sailing.

Business Development Manager
Travis joined the team in 2021, with over 25 years of experience in both the Layer and Broiler Industries, he also brings to the team a Bachelor of Business and Associate Diploma in Business Management. Travis has previously held positions as National Sales Manager and Operations Manager where he was responsible for technical services, hatchery management and programming, training staff in policies and procedures including RSPCA guidelines, commercial layer and broiler sales, monitoring of market trends and forecasting. In Travis’ role, he will focus on project and equipment sales, by liaising with clients on a daily basis and providing quotes.
In Travis’ spare time he enjoys following most sports, spending time with his family and camping.

Warehouse Storeman
Colin has been in the poultry industry for over 10 year’s, with experience in chicken hatcheries including receiving and handling eggs, animal welfare controls, fumigation and incubation, dispatch of chickens, and quality control. Colin is excited to join the team as Warehouse Storeman and assist with picking and packing equipment for our customers, sorting, loading and unloading goods. The FarmMark warehouse has a mix of spare parts and always carries two sheds worth of equipment. Colin will be responsible for inventory controls of the equipment in coordination with the purchasing team.
In Colin’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.
Angel Fuimaono
Graduate Accountant
Angel joined the Santrev team in 2020 as a Graduate Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Major in Accounting from Griffith University. One of Angel’s main focuses is managing FarmMark accounts. In her role, she is responsible for bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable.
In Angels spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.
Vicki Thomson
Finance Manager
Vicki is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for the financial management of the business and oversees the Santrev and FarmMark finance teams. Vicki takes pride in providing accurate and timely reporting both within the business and to external stakeholders. With a Masters’ degree in Commerce, Vicki has a focus on continuing education and staying current with changes in technology and systems development. This supports her emphasis on continual improvement within the business.
In her spare time, Vicki enjoys spending time with her family, running, yoga and being outdoors.

Craig has enjoyed a career spanning more than 20 years in the building products and solutions markets, with extensive experience in Australia, China, and South East Asia. With a strong focus on delivering to promise, capability, continuous improvement and people. Craig is excited about the future at Santrev. “Our people are the backbone of our business”.
Kate West
Service Delivery Manager
Kate brings to FarmMark many years’ experience within the Poultry & Pork Industries with prior roles in Purchasing & Logistics before taking up employment with Santrev (now a sister company) as Procurement Manager.
Kate strives on being organized with a high degree of accuracy, which requires critical business decisions to ensure “Just in time” delivery to meet project timelines. Kate liaises closely with Customers, Project Managers, International suppliers, Freight Forwarders and Australian suppliers to ensure equipment and materials are delivered on time and within budget.
In Kate’s spare time she enjoys all things related to travel, outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Naomi Swarbrick
Payroll/Accounts Officer
Naomi joined FarmMark in 2017 as an Administration Assistant and has since moved into the role of Accounts Officer. Naomi has a Certificate III In Business Administration and currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting. In 2020 Naomi started in a dual role of Accounts Officer and Project Administrator where she assists both the Santrev and FarmMark accounts department and assists FarmMark’s procurement in the running of FarmMark projects.
In Naomi’s spare time she is a dance mum and an avid online-window-shopper.
Enrico Ferreira
Senior Field Technician
Enrico joined the FarmMark team as a licensed electrician and plays a vital role within the team as a Field Technician. He is responsible for the service and maintenance of the FarmMark range of specialist equipment. This includes managing and commissioning new installations of SKOV technology operating systems. Enrico is passionate about helping Farm Owners and Managers with their poultry needs by setting up training programs for clients, programming and monitoring livestock management computers.
